Whether you're hosting a mini-concert, organizing a fundraiser, planning a cozy neighbourhood hangout, or creating a unique experience for your retreat, the Bookmobile offers a one-of-a-kind, customizable atmosphere.

Please note there are no performances available for private rentals. Speak to us if you require a live band/DJ or other, additional fees apply.

Personalized Experience

The interior of the Bookmobile can be decorated and styled by you to suit your theme or occasion—think cozy reading nooks, funky art displays, or even a stage for live music. We'll work with you to make it feel like your creative space on wheels.

Rental Details

  • Rental Duration: minimum 2 hours

  • Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

  • Travel Outside GTA: Additional mileage surcharge applies

  • Includes: Staff member on-site

  • The truck must remain at your destination for the entirety of the daily rental.

  • A refundable incident deposit of $1000 is required

  • HST applies to all pricing
