This is a high-impact, turn-key experience that adds cultural value and visual interest to any event footprint. Books and merch to be sold on site.

Rental Duration: minimum 2 hours to a maximum of 10 hours

Travel Outside GTA: Additional mileage surcharge applies
Includes: One staff member on-site
The truck must remain at your destination for the entirety of the daily rental.

Each celebration includes a curated selection of books tailored to the guest of honour’s interests, with exciting add-ons like guest authors for meet-and-greets and a live musical band to set the mood.

Yes, grown-ups get to play too. The Bookmobile can transform into a cozy literary lounge, pop-up music venue, or creative space for intimate gatherings curbside, right at your home or special venue.
For the Booklover
Adult Read-Aloud: Choose a contemporary piece, a spoken word performance, or even a poetry reading for your guests. Think “book club meets speakeasy.”
The guest of honour receives 4 autographed books carried by the bookmobile.
Books included for up to 8 guests. Optional, books are available for sale for your guests.
For the Music Lover
Live Music Experience: Use the Bookmobile as a backdrop for:

Listening parties or vinyl nights
We offer in-house soul/reggae artists and D.J’s you can book directly through us.

Magical Moments on Wheels
Ages 1-17 years
Create unforgettable memories for the little ones with a joyful and imaginative Bookmobile experience designed just for kids.
Storytime, Movement & Creativity (2.5 hrs)
For up to 15 guests. Each party rental includes:
One Interactive Read-Aloud: A lively and engaging storytelling session featuring the local author of your selected picture book.
Dance Party: Get kids moving with a fun, age-appropriate dance session inside or outside the Bookmobile.
Mini Writing Workshop or Arts and Crafts Activity: Kids get creative with a hands-on writing or drawing experience inspired by the stories
Personalized Birthday Experience
Special Gift: The birthday child receives a customized book-themed autographed book gift basket, wrapped and presented at the end of the session (8 books).
Autographed Book Party Favours: Each child attending the birthday party will receive one complete copy of our featured children’s book, personally signed by the author—a keepsake to treasure forever (for 12 guests). Add $20 per guest thereafter.
We are also available for a literary playdate or a creative weekend gathering. This experience brings fun, education, and a touch of magic right to your curb.
